HSE Leadership Training in Altrad Nigeria

Last week, our teams had their first session of HSE leadership training in Altrad Nigeria. They spent two days full of interesting and dynamic moments with several knowledge shared across board.
Beyond that, the teams learnt new skills and behaviours a leader in Safety should acquire and adopt. This session was a successful team building experience, gathering top management, office staff as well as managers from different sites of the country (both onshore and offshore staff).
Initiatives were shared and they will definitely be adopted as a take away!
In Altrad Nigeria we strongly believe that building human capacity  is the key to success.
