ALTRAD SERVICES FRANCE speeds up the recruitment and career development of women

As part of its ESG policy, and in connection with diversity issues and in particular gender equality, three ALTRAD SERVICES FRANCE companies (Arnholdt, Poujaud-Comi Service, Altrad Prezioso) recently produced a document on the role of women in some of ALTRAD's entities in France.

Technical positions in the building and public works sector are increasingly open to women, even though these positions have long been regarded as men's jobs. However, ALTRAD SERVICES FRANCE is determined to make its contribution and to continue its momentum by speeding up the recruitment and career development of women, with a focus on equality "at every level". Women currently account for 13% of the workforce in the sector, so there is still a long way to go. ALTRAD will play a full part.
