ALTRAD’S FEMALE TRAINEE PROGRAM AT BHP SITES (AUSTRALIA)

Fostering an inclusive and diverse culture is key to Altrad’s vision of being a progressive organisation and speaks to the business’s core values of promoting greater inclusion for all.

As part of this commitment, in Q1 of 2020, Altrad launched its first ‘female only’ trainee pilot program into the non-traditional field of scaffolding. As part of this program, the participants were trained in and received their High-Risk Licence for Basic Scaffolding, National Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry/Gas Tickets.
