Altrad Services has an extensive experience and a great capacity with Rope Access Techniques in combination with inspection. This is a compulsory prerequisite to develop and execute Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme (DROPS) surveys, both at fabrication yards and during operation in the field:
We have extensive experience in developing and performing DROPS surveys for our customers in the Oil & Gas industry. These comprise:
- General inspection of areas with respect to possible falling objects
- Inspection and planning activities up front at working areas to reduce risk and secure areas below for falling objects
- Inspection and control during working operations
- Reporting and proposed corrective actions.
