Scope: Maintenance program contract: a  multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach encompassing all  Prezioso Linjebygg’s areas of expertise: blasting (especially U.H.P.  water jetting), anticorrosion coatings, fire protection, thermal  insulation, scaffolding, rope access works

Key figures:

• 4 FPSOs GIRASSOL/DALIA/PAZFLOR/CLOV
• 2 million man-hours over the five-year period
• Average PoB: 160 operators & 300 tons of scaffolding

Major dates:

• 2015: Signature of 5 years contract

Key-features:

• Complete maintenance program defined for each FPSO
• Major safety constraints and measures: training of local workers,  equipment adaptation – full compliance with ATEX Zone II directive
• Environmental protection: compliance with ISO 14001 (abrasive  recovery and recycling, especially in the ballast tanks)
