Terms and Conditions of the Instagram Giveaway – All blacks vs South Africa

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Altrad HUB, located at: Office 2608, Jumeirah Bay Tower X2, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to adults residing anywhere in the world.
  2. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
  3. The giveaway is open to adults or minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Organizer may, where reasonably possible, verify participants' ages through Instagram or other lawful means. In the event that a potential winner is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative participant.

3. Giveaway Period

  1. The giveaway will run from Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. UTC+1 until Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. UTC+1.
  2. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow the Altrad Group Instagram account.
  2. Like the giveaway post and tag a friend.
  3. Comment on the giveaway post.

5. Prize

  1. The prizes consist of separate prize packages, each including two Category 1 match tickets.
  2. The value of each ticket is €150.
  3. Winners may attend with a guest of their choice, provided that such guest meets the same legal and eligibility requirements as the winner.
  1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equivalent value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. Winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries.
  2. The draw will take place no later than Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. UTC+1.
  3. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on the day of the draw.
  4. Tickets will be delivered via Instagram or email.
  5. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. Tickets may be issued up to the day of the event.

7. Exclusions and Disqualification

  1. Accounts that may pose a reputational risk toAltradmay be excluded, including those that violate third-party rights, contain hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or otherwise infringe Instagram's policies.
  2. Any entry involving bots, tag farms, duplicate or mass-created accounts, purchased engagement, or any other form of manipulation will be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, manipulated, or non-compliant with these rules.

8. Data Protection

  1. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data (Instagram username and, where applicable, email address, first name, and last name) for the administration of the giveaway.
  2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize.

Data Retention

  • Non-winners' identifiers will be retained only within audit logs for a maximum of 90 days following winner confirmation.
  • Winners' delivery-related information will be retained for 12 months for audit and warranty purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
  • Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR by contacting Altrad.TicketingEvents@altrad.com.

9. Liability

  1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  2. Instagram is fully released from any liability by each participant.
  3. The Organizer shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, network failures, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  4. In the event of fraud, manipulation, or any other circumstance that compromises the administration, security, or proper conduct of the giveaway, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway.

10. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
